Ordering and Payment

Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by DELICA SF
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Order confirmations are sent via SMS and/or email
  • Special instructions and dietary restrictions are accommodated when possible

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement

Order Accuracy

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup Orders

  • Pickup times are estimates and may vary based on order volume
  • You will receive notification when your order is ready
  • Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may be discarded without refund
  • Photo ID may be required for order verification

Delivery Services

  • Delivery is provided through third-party services (DoorDash, UberEats)
  • Delivery terms and conditions are subject to the delivery partner's policies
  • DELICA SF is not responsible for delivery delays or issues outside our control

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
  • Orders that have begun preparation cannot be cancelled
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to ingredient availability or other circumstances
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of order receipt
  • Refunds for quality issues are at DELICA SF's discretion
  • No refunds for orders not picked up within the specified timeframe
